SHEET 01 · ÖSD A1
Lesen: Zuordnungsaufgaben
Situation → Anzeige · Text → Bild — the matching logic that scores 20 of 30 points
Two of the three Lesen tasks are MATCHING, not a/b/c: you write a NUMBER (1–6), and one item is always a decoy. That changes the strategy completely — you don't pick the best answer, you find the ONLY ad that fits and eliminate the rest. 5 situations + 5 text-picture pairs = 20 of the 30 Lesen points.
THE RULES — AND WHERE THE EXAM TESTS THEM
Match KEY nouns, not vibes
„billig telefonieren“ → search ads for Cent/Minute, Anrufe
EXAM:Lesen A1: the decoy ad usually shares ONE topic word with the situation but fails the key need.
Time words are the trap
„am Sonntag“ vs „Mo–Fr 9–18“
EXAM:Lesen A1 + A2: half the decoys die on a single time word — check Öffnungszeiten first.
Cross out what you used
Situation A → Anzeige 3 ⇒ Anzeige 3 is DONE
EXAM:Each ad fits exactly one situation; three matches automatically reveal the last two.
The 6th ad/picture is the decoy — decide LAST
5 matched, 1 left over ⇒ check the leftover isn't a better fit
EXAM:Lesen A1 and A3 both have exactly one extra — never leave two candidates undecided.
A2 is Ja/NEIN — read the question polarity
„Muss man…?“ vs „Darf man…?“
EXAM:Lesen A2: 6 items over 3 ads; negation in the question flips the expected answer.
In A3, the text's PLACE decides the picture
Krankenhaus / Fußgängerzone / Flughafen-Bus
EXAM:Lesen A3 texts are mini-signs; the location noun maps to the picture scene.
MINI-DRILL — COVER THE ANSWERS FIRST
Sie brauchen morgen ein Fahrrad. Ad says: „Reparatur in 24 Stunden“. Fit?
Yes — the key need (rad ready tomorrow) matches the 24-hour promise.
„Kostet das Ticket mehr als 40 Euro?“ Ad: „39 Euro im Internet, 41 am Bahnhof“. Answer?
Depends on WHERE — the ad splits the price; read which channel. (Modellsatz's own trap.)
Four situations matched, two ads left (2 and 6). Next move?
Test each leftover ad against BOTH remaining situations — one fits, one is the decoy.
Text mentions „Rauchen verboten im Büroraum“. Which picture detail seals it?
A no-smoking sign in an office scene — the LOCATION (Büro) is the decisive element.
THE TRAPS — WHERE POINTS DIE
- !Writing the WRONG NUMBER because you matched on a shared topic word, not the key need — the decoys are engineered to share one word.
- !In A2, marking BOTH Ja and Nein = 0 points (official rule). One clean cross per question.
- !Changing an answer on the Auswertungsbogen without fully erasing the old cross — the scanner reads two crosses as zero.
