One shared clock. One answer sheet. One rehearsal that matches both.
Four complete telc Deutsch A2 mock papers in the official grid — Hören with its once-heard Teil 2, Lesen und Schreiben in ONE 50-minute block, the ten minutes spent transferring 45 answers onto the Antwortbogen, the × 1,66 conversion and the Prädikate table — each with its own solution book, plus five cheat sheets on the grammar and the paper craft telc grades.
THE FINANCIAL & TIME STAKES OF TELC A2
Lesen and Schreiben in telc Deutsch A2 run on ONE shared 50-minute clock — and the answer sheet is still blank when the timer stops.
Every candidate who ever failed telc A2 on the clock wishes they had rehearsed the trade. telc A2 cannot be retaken in parts: fail once, and you forfeit a fee your centre sets — around €160–180 in Germany and Switzerland plus weeks of waiting for the next registration date.

THE 3 RULES THAT FAIL TELC CANDIDATES
1. The 50-Min Shared Clock
„Lesen und Schreiben teilen sich 50 Minuten“
There is no bell between reading and writing. Spend too long on Lesen Teil 3 and the time comes directly out of your Schreiben email.
2. The 10-Minute Transfer Sprint
„10 Minuten Übertragungszeit auf Antwortbogen S30“
Transferring 45 answers onto the official S30 sheet is inside the exam duration. We include a dedicated post-mock transfer drill.
3. The × 1,66 Conversion Math
„60 Rohpunkte × 1,66 = 100 Ergebnispunkte (Pass: 36)“
60 raw points convert to 100 Ergebnispunkte. Every careless mistake is magnified, making exact practice essential.

What is the pass mark for telc A2?
36 of the 60 raw points — telc multiplies the raw score by 1,66 and grades on the result, so 36 raw becomes 60 of 100 Ergebnispunkte. There is no per-section minimum: the Prädikate table reads the total only, which is exactly why leaving an answer blank on the Antwortbogen is indefensible here.
What makes the telc A2 paper different?
The shared clock: Lesen and Schreiben run in ONE 50-minute block — no bell between them — followed by ten minutes to transfer all 45 answers onto the Antwortbogen S30, inside the exam. telc also states the exam cannot be sat as a Teilprüfung: fail once and the whole paper, fee and date repeat.
What exactly is in the kit?
Four full Start Deutsch 2 mock papers — Hören with its once-heard Teil 2, Lesen with the Richtig/Falsch block and the ads a–h with their one X, the five-gap registration form and the 40-word message, the three-part oral — each with its own solution book (× 1,66 conversion, S60 and M10 criteria, complete transcripts), plus five telc-scoped cheat sheets. Interactive, graded with the official scaling.
Is this an official telc paper?
No. These are Germanium's own mock papers calibrated to telc's published Übungstest 1 format — which is free on telc.net and worth doing. This kit is the additional rehearsal: four papers, reasoning on every item, and a clock that runs the 50-minute block and the transfer the way the room does.
Who sits telc A2?
Integration-course finishers stepping up at a Volkshochschule or telc centre, and anyone whose employer or authority names telc Deutsch A2 specifically — Goethe A2 is a different paper, and prepping one does not sit the other.

"My work contract was up for renewal and immigration gave me 6 weeks to show A2. Telc tests everyday workplace messages and quick notes. Doing all four test papers on my laptop gave me the exact repetition I needed. Passed with 54/60 and kept my employment uninterrupted."

"A private German tutor in Bursa wanted 35 euros an hour just to practice oral questions with me. I practiced with the audio prompts and cheat sheets on this portal instead. It gave me ready-to-use question templates for everyday tasks like train cancellations and doctor appointments. Scored 55/60 without paying hundreds in tutoring fees."
