The *telc Deutsch A2 (Start Deutsch 2) exam operates on a completely different clock and scoring sheet than the Goethe-Zertifikat A2. Every one of the four skills carries 15 raw points (60 raw points total), which telc multiplies by `× 1,66` (commercially rounded) to produce 100 Ergebnispunkte. To pass, you need 60 of 100 Ergebnispunkte (36 of 60 raw points) with NO per-section minimum floor (keine Sektionshürde*). Inside telc A2 Schreiben: The Shared 50-Minute Clock & Sheet S60 (15 Raw Points)
On exam day, Lesen and Schreiben share a single 50-minute block (right after the 30-minute Hören block and right before the dedicated 10-minute Antwortbogen S30 answer-transfer window). Budget no more than 30 minutes for Reading so you have a clean 20 minutes for the two Writing tasks:

The oral exam takes 15 minutes (paired or individual, with no preparation room) and is graded live on the official M10 assessment sheet up to 15 raw points (`× 1,66 = 25 Ergebnispunkte`):

Can I sit telc Deutsch A2 as a modular partial exam (Teilprüfung)?
No. Unlike telc B1 or B2, telc Deutsch A2 cannot be sat as a Teilprüfung — you always take the written and oral parts together. The upside is that there are no section floors: any combination of raw scores across Hören, Lesen, Schreiben, and Sprechen that reaches 36 out of 60 raw points (60/100 Ergebnispunkte) passes the exam.
